What is 第九条?

第九条 of the 教育 Amendments of 1972 is a federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in education. No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Reporting Options

The University encourages affected individuals to promptly report incidents of sex and gender discrimination, including sexual harassment, 性侵犯, dating violence, domestic violence, 和被人跟踪. The University will respond to all reports and will conduct a prompt, 公平, and impartial investigation and resolution for complaints and where appropriate issue supportive measures and remedies.
